The ball is finally rolling on Fastville’s first feature film; the similarly titled, ‘Deadville.’ On Monday night Kieran and I took our buddy Chris Collins to a secluded scout hall. There, our newly hired ace make-up artist Claire Logan transformed him into a zombie that looks rather Xander Sexified.

Claire and her partner Norman went home leaving us to stay awake all night and develop a serious case of the sleepy sillies:

Thankfully, we met actor Neal and assistant Brian at 4am and got to work on the trailer. It’s coming very soon.

The Comments Page is an online show in which The Fastvillains discuss the comments left by people on various websites. This week, we take a gander at the latest internet phenomenon of describing how you eat your burger. You really don’t want to see how Majestic eats his.

Do you ever get it when you’re just going about your everyday business, not really thinking of anything in particular when suddenly you have a panic and wonder, ‘what the hell am I doing with my life?’

This has been happening to me a lot lately. A film I was supposed to edit in August has been cancelled leaving myself and Kieran with a big gap in our schedules.

I decided that it was time to get our asses and gear and get some feature length films made. We’ve been honing our technical skills and saving money for the past year, so the time has finally come to master the art that we love the most yet scares us shitless.

Screenwriting.

Since Majestic has made further progress on his screenplay we’ve decided to shoot his first. It’s a minimalist horror film. We’ll be shooting in August.

It’s going to be fun, but also a challenge. We’ve never undertaken anything of this size before but I’m confident in the script, our abilities and on the talented cast and crew we’re assembling. Before the shoot I also aim to be on my second draft of my won script which will hopefully be shot in the autumn.

Jesus. What the hell am I doing with my life?

Apart from one shot we will be filming on Tuesday, I’ve just finishing editing the Robocop inspired Mental Deficiency song, “Automated Law Enforcement Programming.” I’m not one to toot my own horn, but it is the greatest song ever and the video showcases some of the best editing known to man.
